PLACING AN ORDER IS LEGALLY BINDING.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a customer's involvement in a sale from this website if this person, in our reasonable opinion, acts against these Terms and Conditions, including non-payment of ordered products and fraudulent use of our website and/or sales. We reserve the right to bar certain e-mail addresses and telephone numbers from accessing our website to place orders. We will not accept any order from any customer whose participation has been cancelled or suspended by us without our prior given consent. You agree to and accept this.

Product Orders and Availability

Prices and availability of the products listed on the site are subject to change without notice.
On the rare occasion that we cannot supply something you have ordered, we will offer you an alternative, a credit with us or a refund, whichever you prefer.

Payment

Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, MEPS, MEPS Cash & PosPay. We also accept online payment from these banks: Maybank2u.com, PBeBank.com, CIMB Clicks, AMOnline, allianceonline, RHB, Bank Islam & EON Bank.

Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is placed. You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Tsara Studio, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you.

Risk in the merchandise transfers to you upon delivery.

Payment slip has to be emailed to sales@tsara.com.my or faxed to +603 6274 9234 with your order number stated on the payment slip.

Payment will be debited from your account at the point at which your cheque is cleared. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us.

Cancellation and Return

You have the right to cancel your order before we dispatch it (orders are normally dispatched within one working day), please call us to let us know about the cancellation on +6019 310 9294.

Should you need to return your order to us, it must reach us within 14 working days from the day after you received it. Products must be returned in its original packaging and unopened with a note to let us know why you would like to return the products. We will send your refund within 30 days after receiving the returned product.

If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale of those products, you must return them to us within 14 working days upon receiving them. In this case, you will be offered an exchange where possible, or a full refund after we receive the returned products. In case of damaged or faulty products or products that do not correspond to the description given at the time of sale we will pay for the postage costs.
